Set in the mountain region of Virginia, we used an overall theme of Nordic Ski Lodge using a mix of new furnishings, custom live edge dining table, mango root ball-based coffee table, and antique store finds. We added nature-based art and shag rugs, faux fur throws, an antler chandelier, and nature inspired accessories. The investor was so delighted he showed it to another investor and that investor bought the entire operation on the spot with a profit for our investor that would have taken him decades of renting to earn.
